Yogurt and Olive Oil Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cup all purpose flour2 tsp baking powder1 pinch of salt3 eggs0.5 cups yogurt (lowfat Kefir works well too)0.5 cups olive oil1 cup sugar0.25 tsp vanilla extract0.25 tsp lemon juice0.5 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit or nuts (optional)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients together except for the sugar (sift the flour and add baking powder and salt)
Combine wet ingredients and sugar and then when well mixed combine with dry ingredients
Bake at 325degrees F for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean
