Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp dill weed2 tsbp olive oil1 cup mushrooms1 large shallot3-4 cloves garlic1/2 cup white wine1/2 cup reduced solium chicken brot
Directions
Combine salt, pepper, dill weed & flour. Drege chcken in flour mixture. Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add chicken. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until slightly brown. Add mushrooms, shallots, & garlic. Add chicken broth & white wine. Bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over brown rice. Enjoy!
