Warm apple pie ala-mode yogurt

Ingredients
One fresh applecinnamonsugar (artificial sweetener if you prefer)Dannon non-fat plain yogurtvanilla extractKelloggs All Bran cerealChopped almonds
Directions
Peel, core and slice one fresh apple.
Sprinkle with 1/2-1 tsp. of cinnamon and 1-2 tsp. sugar or sweetener.
Place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 mins. or until tender

Meanwhile: measure 1/2 cup of plain non-fat yogurt into a bowl.
Add remaining sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and stir.
Carefully remove apple from the microwave
pour yogurt mixture over the top
sprinkle with cereal and a pinch of chopped almonds for extra crunch.

Note: I also like to use agave in place of the sugar. I prefer not to use artificial sweeteners.
