Chicken & Vegetable Tortellini Stew

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 2 medium slicedGarlic, 2 clove finely choppedChicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces dicedFennel, 1 bulb choppedBeans, cannellini 1 can, rinsed and drainedChicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz) reduced sodiumWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling, 9 ozSpinach, fresh, 1 cup tightly packedParmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
Directions
1. layer carrots, garlic, chicken, fennel and beans in slow coker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour broth and water over top stir to combine.

2. Cover, cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours

3. About 20 minutes before serving, stir tortellini, spinach, onions an basil into chicken mixture. Increase heat setting to high. Cover cook 15 to 20 minutes. or until tortellini are tender. Sprinkle individual servings with the parmesan cheese.
