Chicken Fumi Salad

Ingredients
1 Head Cabbage, CHOPPED8 Scallions, SLICED2 Packages Top Ramen, UNCOOKED & CRUSHED (plain noodles check msg on packages to get the right one...wasn't listed in the ingredients on website)8T. Sliced Almonds8T. Sesame SeedsPAM4T. Sugar1t. Pepper2t. Salt1C Salad Oil6T. Rice Vinegar
Directions
Dressing:
Combine 4T. Sugar, 1t. fresh ground pepper, 2t. salt, 1C Salad Oil, 5T Rice Vinegar, whisk togethre and chill.

Mix Chopped Cabbage and Onion in Large Bowl and Chill.

Lightly Toast: Amonds and and Sesame Seeds.

1C Leftover Roasted Chicken Breast, Chopped.

When ready to serve:
Add Chicken breast and toasted nuts to the cabbage and onion. Add the uncooked crushed ramen last.

This is a light lunch and will serve 12 ladies nicely. Nice for a baby or bridal shower.

    This was very easy to make and delicious! I added a bit of sesame oil to the dressing and sprinkled dried basil over the top of the salad for color. My husband liked his with sriracha. We loved the crunch of the dry ramen. - 10/15/15
