Pork and Cabbage Gyozas

Ingredients
1/3 cup grated cabbage2 tbsp chopped onion1/2 lb ground pork1 tsp sesame oil1 tsp sugar2 tsp soy sauce1/2 tsp garlic salt1 tsp grated ginger20 gyoza wrappers1 tbsp oil
Directions
Combine everything except veg oil. Drop by teaspoon onto wrapper. Wet edges of wrapper to seal. Heat oil. Add gyoza and fry on high until brown. Turn heat to low, add 1/4 cup water and cover. Steam until water is gone.
