Honey Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs1 cup unpacked brown sugar1 cup honey1 cup strong tea2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground cloves1/2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp allspice1/2 cup canola oil2 1/2 cup flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat eggs. Add sugar and honey; mix well. Add strong tea (cooled), baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice. Mix well. Add oil, mix all ingredients again and lastly add flour, a little at a time. Beat well. Bake in 350F oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Bake in a round tube pan (coated with cooking spray).
