Sesame Bean Sprouts

4 cups mung bean sprouts1 tbsp sugar1/4 tsp salt2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp sesame oil2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Makes 4, 1-cup servings

Cover sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
