1 Western Bagel Pita Pocket3 Veggie Patch Falafel Balls 2 Tbl Cottage Cheese.5 Tomato - cut into thin slicesLettuce Leaf - torn as if for salad
Microwave frozen pita for 30 seconds; can put in toaster for a bit if you like a crunchier pita.
Cut pita in half and spread cottage cheese on the inside of both halfs. Chop the falafel balls into smaller pieces and add them along with the tomato and lettuce into the pita pockets.
Makes two pita pocket sandwiches. Perfect size for kids but adults may want to eat both.
