Crockpot potato soup

Directions
8 cups chopped potato1/3 cup chopped onion3 cans chicken broth8 oz chopped turkey ham1 can lf cream of chicken souppepper8 oz lf cream cheese, cubed
Throw everything in the crockpot except the cream cheese. Leave the cream cheese out ot soften. Turn crockpot on high and let cook for 6-8 hours. Put cheese in and let melt. Stir and serve.
