Ingredients
* *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove) * Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Honey, 1 tbsp (remove) * Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 1.5 Tbspn (remove) * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix white flour, yeast, and salt in bowl. Add the honey to the very warm water. Mix in the flour mixture. When combined, mix in whole wheat flour. Knead for 5 min and let sit for at least 15 min. Roll out into pie pan and bake for 10 min at 450. Take out of oven and top with favorite toppings, bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese on top is melted.

    Pretty easy to make. it rose a LOT in the oven though. Tasted pretty good. Don't think it needed to bake quite so long. It made the edges really hard. - 2/4/09
