Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix the oil, coffee, and milk together. Add to the flour mixture. Mix on medium speed with electric mixer. Beat eggs. Add the eggs and vanilla to the batter. Pour into a 13 X 9 in pan or 2 round pans. Bake at 350F for 30 - 40 minutes. For a dessert, split in half with a white thread and put a can of cherry pie filling between. Serve with whipped cream and decorate with cherries.
