Ingredients
2 large yams1 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil1 tbsp sea salt1 tsp fresh cracked pepper1 tsp chili powder1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Peel and slice yams into long thin fries. Put into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well making sure all the yam fries are coated. Place a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet. Add yams on the rack in a single layer. (Using a rack helps air to circulate, so the yams don't get too soggy, and you don't have to flip them). Bake in oven for about 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes approximately 4 side servings.
