Wilted Spinach Salad

Ingredients
white wine 1/4 cupolive oil 3 TBgarlic 4 clovesonion 1/2 cupped choppedbalsamic vinegar 3 TBhoney 1T Bpepper 1/4 tspsalt 1/4 tspfresh spinach 12 cupsbagged salad mix 1 bagblack olives 1 canfeta 1 cup
Directions
In a medium sauce pan, mix the first 8 ingredients together and stir on low heat til combines and honey has blended smoothly into mixture. In large bowl, place fresh spinach. Pour warm mixture over to wilt the spinach. Toss. Next, add the salad mix, olives, and feta. Toss again and enjoy. Can add tomatoes and sliced almonds if like....
