Pork Sauerkraut Supper

Ingredients
1 pound potato, peeled and sliced14 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and drianed1 medium apple, cored and chopped2 tsp. brown mustard1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider4 boneless smoked pork loin chops (10 0z. total)
Directions
Arrange potato slices in ungreased 12x7x2" baking dish. Stir together sauerkraut, apple and mustard; spoon over potatoes. Pour apple juice over everything in dish. Arrange pork chops in dish. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven about one hour or till heated thoroughly. Makes 4 servings
