Ingredients
3 Haas avocados1 lime, juiced1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp cayenne powder1 whole small onion diced3 plum tomatoes seeded and diced3 cloves garlic diced
Directions
Dice garlic, onion, and tomatoes, set aside.
Scoop avocado pulp into bowl, mash. Squeeze the juice from the lime onto the avocado. Add salt, cumin, and cayenne, mix. Add garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Mix. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Enjoy!
