Ingredients
*Ketchup, Heinz, 12 tbsp Honey Garlic Sauce, 17 tbsp water for rib sauce, .5 cupPepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp Flank Steak, 2 lb White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup Butter, salted, .5 tbsp water for rice, 3 cups
Directions
Cut flank steak in short pieces against the grain so it is tender! Place in crock pot and
place all other ingredients on top of the meat and turn on low for about 6-7 hours. About 20 minutes before dinner prepare rice acording to package direction. Add a salad and you have a complete meal
