Bacon Macaroni Bake

Ingredients
250 grams Uncooked macoroni250 grams raw uncooked smoked bacon100 grams celery (Chopped)100 grams onion (Chopped)50 grams cheddar/ or any hard cheese1tsp cayenne pepper15 grams Cornflour (Maizena)400 ml Fat free milk25 cherry tomatoes - cut in half
Directions
Serves 4

Cook pasta in water, can add salt if you wish, although I find that the bacon adds enough salt.
Panfry bacon in pan sprayed with spray and cook (or equivelant) until crispy - set to one side.
Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
chop onions, grate cheese. chop celery into small pieces.

Microwave milk until warm and add 3 teaspoons of cornflour (Maizena) in a little water (paste) and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

Combine all the ingredients, Cooked pasta, bacon cut into small pieces, raw onion, tomato, celery and cheese, and pour over thickened cayenne white sauce. Bake in oven until brown.

Serve with a green salad. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
