Creamy black bean dip

1 cup black beans1/4 tsp cumindash of salt (to taste)1/4 cup salsa (to taste)1 Tbsp. light sour cream
Drain and rinse canned beans. Mash in a bowl with cumin and salt. Mix in salsa and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Makes 4 servings, about 1/4 cup each.
