Mini Cannoli Bites

Ingredients
12 ozs part skim ricotta1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup powdered sugar1/4 teaspoon vanilla1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips1 tsp cinnamon1 pkg. mini phyllo dough shellschocolate syrup
Directions
In a bowl add ricotta, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Refrigerate filling for one hour.
once chilled place in a plastic bag and cut a hole in the corner . Fill the mini phylloo shells and then drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
Cover and refrigerate until served.
Makes 24 cannoli bites

    These are delicious and SO easy to make!!!! Its economical to make. I want to try some pumpkin pie/spice in it next along with the other ingredients. - 9/24/12
