Karen's Uber Garlic (Sesame-free) Hummus

1-19 oz can of chickpeasgarlicparsley, fresh (1 or more Tbsp to taste)Mint, fresh (1 Tbsp)lemon juice, freshly squeezedsea salt hot pepper sauce, 1/4 tsp. or to tasteolive oilwater
Makes 10 snack-sized servings.
Remove skin from garlic. Open can of chickpeas and drain fluid. Rinse chickpeas. Squeeze lemon. Add all ingredients, except water, to blender or food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Add water until desired consistency is achieved. Serve with freshly prepared vegetables or your favourite fresh or toasted pita bread.
