Turkey Goulash

Ingredients
Ground Turkey, one packageGreat Northern Beans, 1 can rinsedDiced tomatoes, 1 canRotini, Whole wheatOnion, 1 small-mediumChicken Broth, 1 1/2 cupsEV Olive Oil, 2 TbspGarlic, 1 Tbsp minced (1-2 cloves)SaltPepperChili Powder, 1 tspCumin, 1 tsp
Directions
Ina nonstick pan, add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Let onions soften, then add the ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder & cumin. Let turkey cook through. Drain the liquid off. Now add the tomatoes, beans and broth. Cover and let simmer for 10-12 minutes.

In a separate pot, boil water and add the pasta. Cook according to box directions.

Drain pasta and add to the turkey pot. Mix well and let simmer for another 5 minutes, to allow the flavor to coat the pasta.

Ready to serve.
