Tomato Juice Chicken

Ingredients
4 (4oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts8c. tomato juice1Tbsp. oregano3 cloves garlic crushedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
place chicken breasts in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano. Mix tomato juice and garlic. Pour over chicken (should cover chicken.) Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until chicken is done (about 30 min, depending on thickness of chicken)
Makes 4 4 oz. servings.
