Stuffed Red Bell Pepper

Ingredients
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 4 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)*Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)Paprika, 2 tbsp (remove)Curry powder, 3 tbsp (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Wash peppers; remove stem ends, seeds, and white membranes. Cook bell peppers in 1 cup of boiling lightly salted water for 4 to 5 minutes.

Drain. Brown ground beef with chopped onion, stirring to break up beef.

Add rice, salt, paprika, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Fill peppers with meat mixture and top each with crumbs.

Bake stuffed peppers at 350° for 30 minutes. Recipe for stuffed peppers
