sausage and bok choy soup

Ingredients
1# Ground Pork1# Ground Beef2 Qts Beef Broth2 Qts water1 15 oz. can tomato sauce12 C chopped bok choy (use both white & green parts)2 C chopped onion1 1/2 C chopped celery1 C shredded Daikon radish4 cloves minced garlic2 T vinegar1 T ground dry mustard2 t. chili powdersea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown and drain meat. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes - 1 hr, depending on how soft you like your veggies.

Use a low-sodium broth if you're watching your sodium.
