Mac and Cheese with broccoli and shrimp

13 oz. box of wheat pastapackage of broccoli floretsolive oiloniongarlic1 3/4 c skim milk3 T floursalt & pepper1 T Dijon mustard1 c. shredded cheddar1/2 c. shredded Parmesan2 lbs. precooked shrimp
Cook pasta...half way through add broccoli and continue cooking.
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil. Add 1 1/2 c. milk. Simmer.
Mix together 1/4 c. milk, flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to simmering milk. Continue whisking until thick. Remove from heat and add cheese. Keep whisking until cheese has melted.
Add shrimp until heated through.
Add cheese and shrimp to drained pasta and broccoli.
