Tuscan Chicken and Beans

Ingredients
2 lbs., boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 tsp. rosemary1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper2 cups fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth2 cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained4 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add chicken, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry 2 minutes.

Add broth, beans, and tomato sprinkles to skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, if desired.
