Coconut Pineapple Bars

1.5 c. all purpose flour1.5 c. Splenda Blend1/2 t. baking soda2 whole eggs2 egg whites1 20-oz can crushed pineapple in it's own juice; drained1/4 c. fat free sour cream1/4 c. melted butter1/2 c. chopped walnuts1/2 c. shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 325F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with PAM.

Mix eggs and egg whites together, beating slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, Splenda, and baking soda. Stir in eggs, pineapple, sour cream and butter until combined. Fold in nuts and coconut. Spread in pan.

Bake about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Cut into bars.
