2 Egg Whites2 TBS. Low-Fat Butter (50 cal. 5 fat per Tbs.)1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup White Flour3/4 Cup Skim Milk1 TBS. Brown Sugar3 tsp. Baking Powder1/4 tsp. SaltNon-Stick Spray
Directions
Beat eggs. Melt low-fat butter and mix with eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until smooth.
