Don's Corn Muffins

Ingredients
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix1 large egg0.25 cup Del Monte Cream Corn2 tbsp sliced or chopped Ripe OlivesA dash of water to thin the mix, but not too much
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400
Grease muffin pan, or for less fat content use paper baking cups
Blend all ingredients together with a fork, only adding a trace of water as needed;batter should remain lumpy

Fill muffin cups 1/2 full

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown

Serve warm with sugar free jelly or a bit of butter.
