Hamburger Rice Hot Dish

Ingredients
1 pound 90/10 ground beef1 med onion chopped1 med green pepper chopped2 - 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes1 C brown rice (uncooked)1 C water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef and veggies in a skillet. Add diced tomatoes and rice. Stir together and put in a large casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour until rice is done. Serves 6
