Ingredients
Bengal Gram(Channa) - 100gmsChoped Tomatos - 1 cupSalt- 1/2 teaspoonCoriander Powder- 1/4 teaspoonsRed Chili Powder- 1/4 teaspoonsChat Masal Powder-1/4 teaspoonsCoriander leaves- 4 stemsCurd- 5 teaspoonsChoped Onion- 1 cup
Directions
Step1: Boil bengal Gram in a pressure cooker.
Step2: Take a Pan and Put 2 teaspoons of Oil and Put choped tomatos and fry it.
Step3: Put Salt, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder and Chat Masal Powder in the tomato pan and fry it for 2 minutes.
Step3:Put boiled bengal gram in the Pan and mix it properly.
Step4: Take the receipe in to a bowl and decorate with Coriander and Onions.
Step5: Last thing put 5 teaspoons of curd on the reciepe and serve the delicious Channa Masal with Roti \ Kulcha \ Naan \ Cheppati \ Paratha.
