Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c unsalted butter2/3 c firmly packed brown sugar1 egg1 t vanilla extract1 1/4 c self-rising flour (look online to find out how to make your own)3/4 c rolled oats4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips4 oz peanut butter chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until pale and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat well.
Sift the flour over the mixture and fold in lightly, then add oats and chips. Stir until evenly mixed.
Place small spoonfuls of the mixture onto baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until pale golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
