30 Minute Skillet Beef Stew

Ingredients
1lb boneless sirloin steak, trimmed2 large potatos, diced2 ribs of celery, diced3 large carrots, diced1/2 onion diced1 can (15oz) chunky tomato & herb pasta sauce12oz V8 juice (spicey or normal)2 cloves garlic diced
Directions
Remove fat from beef and make sure it is in bite sized pieces.
Spray a large skillet or non-stick pot with a bit of cooking spray, cook beef and garlic about 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
