Ingredients
Breaded Veal Cutlet, 9 oz Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slicesGarlic, 1 tspParsley, 1 tspShallots, 2 tbsp choppedWhite Wine, 2 fl oz Half and Half Cream, 2 fl oz Heinz Home Style Savory Brown Gravy, canned, 6 oz
Directions
Pound Cutlet thin, dredge in flour on both sides. Spray pan with butter-flavored cooking spray, and saute cutlet on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside. Add mushrooms, garlic, shallots, parsley and saute until partially cooked. Add shot of wine, de-glaze pan, then add shot of half-and-half and 6 oz of gravy and stir. Put cutlet back in pan to simmer for one to two minutes. Makes one serving.
