4 lb. Pork Shoulder Roast1/2 cup water1 1/2 bottles (18 oz size) Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
Cut off any obvious fat on pork shoulder roast. Put pork shoulder roast in a large slow cooker with 1/2 cup water. Cook on low for 8 hours or until it falls apart. Take roast out and shred with forks. Discard liquid from slow cooker. Return shredded pork to slow cooker and add 1 1/2 bottles of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce. Set to "keep warm" and allow to warm for another hour. Serve on large hamburger buns or rolls. Makes 12 sandwiches.
