Tammys Sweet N Sour Stir fry

Ingredients
1lb boneless pork chops sliced in thin slicesup to 1/4 C corn starchLite soy sauce up to 1/4 CPineapple chunks 1 CFrozen Veg. Stir fry Veggies 4-6 C1 med onion slicedWaterchestnuts 1/2 CApprox. 1/4 C Splenda Granular or sugar1/4 C Vinegar4-5 Tlb Ketchupsesames seeds sprinkled on top to serveAny Veggies you enjoy
Directions
mix soy sauce and 1/2 of the cornstarch together and add sliced pork let marinade a few min.
spray large pan with olive oil. Add pork to pan and fry quickly, remove from pan. Add Veggies to pan and quickly stir fry. Add meat back to pan mix well. Add vinegar, splenda, ketchup and let cook a few min. add pineapple with small amount of the juice, rest of corn starch,and water chestnuts. Makes approx. 6-8 1 cup servings.
This may be served over brown rice also.
