Cauliflower ( Gobi ) Manchurian

Ingredients
* Cauliflower, raw, .75 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove) * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .22 cup (remove) * Corn Starch, .19 cup (remove) * Corn Starch, .05 cup (remove) * Salt, .35 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Water, bottled, 1 serving (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Onions, raw, 1.25 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 4 clove (remove) * *Hot Chili Peppers, .5 pepper (remove) * *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) * Thai Chili Sauce, .5 tbsp (remove) * *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove) * Sunflower Oil, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Sauce:

Fry Onion and Garlic till brown in Olive oil (1 spoon)
add ketchup, red chili sauce, and cook 1 min
Add Soy Sauce, Vinegar and mix
in a bowl mix 4 spoons of water and corn starch, and add this paste to the pan
cook for further 1 or 2 mins, turn gas off

for the Cauliflower:
make a batter of 3 tbsp of flour and 3 tbsp of corn starch, add salt and pepper to this....
mix with water to make a fine paste

cover and coat the Cauliflower in this.
remove excess dripping batter
once oil is hot, deep fry this till golden brown

Once all are ready, mix with the prepared sauce
