6 oz no yolk noodles ucooked1 tbs I can't believe it's not butter4 tsp all purpose flour2 cup milk ( I used 2% for calculation)1 tbs parmesan cheese1 lb chicken breast cooked and chopped1 red onion chopped2 tbs canned green chiles1 tbs dijon mustard4 tsp seasoned bread crumbs
Cook the noodles according to the package. Preheat the oven to 375. And Spray a 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
in medium non stick saucepan, melt the i can't believe it's not butter and add flour. whisk together and add milk and parmesan cheese. when it starts to thicken remove from heat and mix in all other ingredients including noodles, except for bread crumbs. pour in casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
