4 Chicken Thighs - boneless, skinless - cubed2 10 oz bags of fiesta vegetables2 cans of black beans1 jar black bean and corn salsa4 cans chicken broth
Brown Chicken in large sauce pan. Combine vegetables, beans, and salsa with chicken and warm over meduim heat. Add in broth, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
