Anyberry muffins

1/2 cup melted butter2 cups Nutrigrain or whole wheat flour1 Tbsp baking powderpinch of salt1/2 cup Splenda1 cup buttermilk1 cup fresh berries (I prefer blueberries)1/2 cup white chocolate chips1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 400F
Stir flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
In a large bowl beat eggs and then add splenda, buttermilk, vanilla and butter. Fold in the flour mixturen until combined.
Fold in the berries and white chocolate chips.
Spoon in to greased or papered muffin cups until full.
Bake for ~20-25 minues or until brown on top and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
For mini muffins bake for about 10 minutes.
