Diabetic Friendly French Toast

Ingredients
2 slices of Sara Lee Delightful Wheat bread2 tbsp unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk1 large egg1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup Log Cabin sugar free syrup
Directions
Heat a skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl beat egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

Soak BRIEFLY each slice of bread in the egg mixture allowing each slice to be coated completely on both sides.

Put both slices of the bread in the skillet, cooking it on both sides until browned.

Transfer to a plate and top with syrup or fresh fruit and enjoy.
