foo yungcooking spray1/2 cup snow peas choped1/2 cup mushrooms sliced4 green onions1/2 a 8oz can water chestnuts14 oz block of lite firm tofu1 t soy sauce1/2 cup mashed lite firm tofu1/2 cup whole grain wheat flour1 tsp baking powdergravy1 cup water2 T soy sauce1 t corn starch1/4 cup chopped ushrooms
in skillet saute over low heat for about 5 mins snow peas 1/2 cup mushrooms 4 green onions and 4oz of waterchestnuts
when veggys are tender crisp add 1 cup bean sprouts remove from heat and set aside
blend until smooth and cream 14 oz lite firm tofu and 1 T soy sauce
pour into bowl and mix in 1/2 cup mashed lite firm tofu 1/4 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder
mix veggys and tofu mixture together well on an oiled cookie sheet make 1/2 cup pattys and leave about an inch betweeneach patty bake 30 min turn bake 15 min more serve with mushroom gravy and rice
