2 full boneless skinless chicken breast16oz of fat free sour cream1 can of healthy request cream of mushroom soup1 can of healthy request cream of celery soup1 stick of butter1.5 sleeves of fat free saltine crackers
boil chicken in water for 60 minutes or until tender
preheat oven to 350
shred chicken into backing pan
mix in 16 oz of fat free sour cream
mix in 1 can of healthy request cream of mushroom soup
mix 1 can of healthy request cream of celery soup
in a separate bowl melt 1 stick of butter
crush 1.5 sleeves of fat free saltine crackers and mix into melted butter
use crackers as a topping on chicken casserole
bake for 45 minutes at 350
