Fruit Cake

Ingredients
1 kg mixed Fruit2 tbs instant Coffee150g block Fruit & Nut Chocolate, roughly chopped2 cups Self raising flour
Directions
Make 2 cups coffee with instant coffee and boiling water, add to fruit and soak overnight.
Add chocolate and flour and mix well.
Bake in a paper-lined cake tin on 125ᵒC for approx 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until cooked through.
