Corn and Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 can northern beans1 can corn1 cup diced red pepper1/2 cup diced onion1/2 cup cilantro1/4 cup red wine vinegar1 T sugar1 T olive oil1/2 T garlic powder1/2 T cumin1/2 T chili powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
rinse and drain beans
mix all ingredients gently
cover and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour
