Jack Daniels Glaze

2/3 c water6 oz. pineapple juice1/4 c teriyaki sauce1 T soy sauce1 1/3 c. brown sugar2 tsp. minced garlic3 T lemon juice3 T minced white onion1 T Jack Daniels whiskey1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Combine water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmering.
Add remaining ingredients to pan and stir. Let the mixture simmer for 40-50 minutes or until it has reduced by about 1/3. Simmer uncovered at a light boil (medium-low heat).
Mixture will thicken and become syrupy as it cools. Drizzle glaze over your favorite cooked meat, and enjoy. This glaze will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. Serving size, 2 TBSP.
