1 cherry ff yogurt3 TBLSP cocoa powder125 grams frozen cherrieswater, sf cranberry juice or iced tea for consistency
Directions
Makes 1 big smoothie.

Put everything in blender and blend until a good consistency. Add Splenda if necessary.
