Sun-Dried Tomato Scones

2 Cups Buttermilk Baking Mix (I use Heart Healthy Bisquick)1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 1/2 Tsp Dried Basil2/3 Cup Skim Milk1/2 Cup chopped sun dried tomatoes1/4 cup chopped green onions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine baking mix, cheese and basil in medium bowl.
2. Stir in milk, tomatoes and onions. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove baking sheet to cooling rack. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove scones and serve warm.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
