1 Whole Wheat Tortilla, 6in2 Tbsp Tomato Basil Hummus6 slices of Cucumber1/2 Cup Shredded Lettuce2 ounces of Grilled Chicken
Thinly slice your chicken and season to your preference. Grill till there is no pink in the center. Approx. 5 minutes each side. Using left over chicken is also perfectly fine as this makes great use of leftovers. Any leftover meat will also go great.
Slice your cucumbers.
Lay the tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Spread the hummus on half the tortilla. Add the sliced cucumbers on top of the hummus. Add your cooked chicken. Add your lettuce.
Wrap up and enjoy!
You can also add olives, red peppers, or any other topping you enjoy!
